Acknowledgements
Living Bridge Community Care acknowledge the traditional owners of Country throughout Australia and recognise the continuing connection to the lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and to Elders both past, present and emerging. We acknowledge Elders as the holders of knowledge, lore and wisdom. We acknowledge, accept and understand that no matter where we are across this nation, we are living and working on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lands. It always was and always will be.

Living Bridge Community Care acknowledge the lesbian, gay, bisexual,
transgender and gender diverse, queer and questioning, intersex and asexual communities.
Recognising the limitations of the ‘LGBTQIA +’ acronym, we extend this acknowledgement to include
those who are part of the wider diversity of bodies, genders, sexualities, relationships, and identities,
and pay our respects to their Elders and allies, past and present.
